Transportation                                     On-line registration

The cost for transportation on the Camp Heritage van is $50 round trip and $25 one way.

Going to Camp

You can meet the van to go to the camp in Des Moines. The stop is located at the Des Moines Seventh-Day Adventist Church located at 2317 Watrous Avenue, Des Moines, IA 50321. Please be there by noon. No noon meal is provided. Food is allowed on the van. Parents are responsible for administration of any car sickness medications.

The van also stops at Highway 65 & 2 between 1:30 and 2:00 p.m. (in Iowa). At Highway 65 & 2 there is a weigh station on the south-east corner.

Camp registration starts at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday.

Coming Back from Camp

On the way back the van stops at Highway 65 & 2 between 10:30 and 11:00 and Des Moines at noon. A sack breakfast will be provided.

Campers need to be picked up 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Sunday (a $10 late fee applies for campers picked up after 10:30 a.m.)

Campers who stay for multiple weeks, will receive lunch and laundry service.

Directions

Take HWY 7 to Z HWY (three miles east of Climax Springs). Turn north on Z for approximately 3 miles. Turn right on HWY Z2 (Coffmen Bend Drive). Stay on the left and continue for about another 1.9 miles to Camp Heritage sign. Proceed on to camp through the main entrance. This is the main road to the camp. Somone will meet you at the entrance or on the main road into camp and guide you to the location where assistance is needed.
