Registration Process
There are two ways of registering for camp. You can choose the on-line method or the paper method. Please follow the instructions for your choice.


In order to register on-line, click “On-line Registration” lavendar above.  This will direct you to a website to proceed with the registration process.  Follow the instructions carefully to ensure accuracy. You must have an active email address in order to register on-line.

If you fill out all the information, and come to the point where you need a credit card for payment, please enter your credit card information.  Please be sure to enter all the required information. The information you have entered will still be in the database.

The Medical Healthy History Information can be downloaded and printed on the web site or you can use the medical form provided with the paper application and must be completed prior to the camper's arrival to camp. Also, be sure to bring a copy of Immunization Records and front and back of Insurance Card.

Paper/Postal System Registration Process

If you register on-line, you DO NOT need to send in a paper application form. However, make sure you have yoru medical form filled out, copy of Immunization Records and front and back of Insurance Card. The following forms are for those who need paper application forms. To request one by mail, please call the IA-MO Conference at 515-223-1197 x119.

If a camper wishes to attend more than one week of camp and is using the paper system, then a separate application must be completed for each week.
